Boeing Commercial Airlines' (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking an Associate Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team in Renton, WA or Everett, WA.

The position will play a key role in supporting the success of Boeing’s business and the HR function’s objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience.
This HR Operations case management position supports employees and managers in Boeing Commercial Airplane programs. This position is fully on-site and co-located with the HR generalist teams in our Renton or Everett factories and will primarily support hourly union personnel and their managers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Administers Human Resources programs, systems and processes
- Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies
- Resolves or refers HR cases on attendance, employee corrective action, and various HR process/product questions from employees and managers
- Contributes to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
- Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Works closely with HR COE’s to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., attendance, case management), and to support the delivery of programs
- Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Flexible work arrangements will be considered on an as-needed basis.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Human Resources certification
- Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow
- Experience with HR case management tools and topics
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $69,700 - $94,300
