POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Amazon & E-Commerce Director will have the exciting opportunity to manage our company's Amazon seller account and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal product listings and driving impressive sales growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for current and future product launches
- Audit, optimize, and create product listings within the Amazon platform
- Monitor inventory on e-commerce platforms and manage FBA fulfillment
- Utilize Amazon Ads Campaign Manager to create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Learn about the brand, products, and customer demographics to identify new customer opportunities
- Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings
- Maintain and update product specifications for accuracy
- Monitor buyer/seller messages and ensure prompt, accurate responses
- Ensure adherence to product brand guidelines across all online channels
- Execute advertising campaigns on Amazon and provide monthly ad performance reports
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports
- Enhance product listings and storefront with additional visual and text content to improve customer experience, including A+ content and Amazon Posts
- Stay up to date with Amazon Seller Central, including advertising tools, deals, and promotions
- Perform keyword discovery and competitor analysis to support advertising strategy
- Enforce brand policies using Amazon’s tools, including Brand Registry, to manage product listings and remove unauthorized resellers
- Communicate Amazon policy changes and ensure compliance
- Maintain the buy box on all product listings
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews on the seller account and product listings
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in Amazon seller account management
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, sales, or related fields (preferred)
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience in a product-centric role
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its policies
- Experience with Amazon Ads Campaign Manager, SEO, A+ content, and advertising
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon and e-commerce trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using performance data for decision-making
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
