Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations within Austin and San Antonio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all sites.
Duties
- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple locations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance and profitability.
- Supervise and mentor Center Directors, providing guidance on best practices in sales, customer service, and team management.
- Analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of process improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business development efforts.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Responsible for growth of market and new center openings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position.
- Strong background in sales with the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with a focus on long-term success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage profit loss effectively.
- Exceptional supervisory skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong business development acumen with a track record of identifying new opportunities.
- Ability to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Salary range is DOE and role is also eligible for performance based incentive pay.
