We’re Hiring: Bilingual Sales Consultant
At our Total Wireless location in Baltimore, MD, we’re looking for a motivated, bilingual go-getter who’s passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences. Sound like you? Keep reading!
What You’ll Do (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Connect with Customers: Use your charm and expertise to uncover customers’ wireless needs, promote our services, and close the sale (don’t worry, we provide in-house training for all the tips and tricks!).
- Ring it Up: Process sales quickly and accurately using our stress-proof POS system.
- Stay in the Know: Keep up with the latest TOTAL promotions and sales strategies.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with your teammates to crush sales goals and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
- Keep It Tidy: Help maintain an organized, inviting workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Superstars: You’re fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Sales Enthusiasts: You love hitting goals and creating happy customers.
- Experience Counts: Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Great Communicator: You’ve got excellent people skills and thrive on solving problems.
- Flexible & Reliable: You’re ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
