Elsi Logistics is looking for a 16ft box truck Owner Operator to join our growing team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Easily make $1,200 up to $2,400 per week
As a 16ft box truck driver/loader with Elsi Logistics, you will be operating your own vehicle (rent is ok) to pick up & deliver loads from Amazon Warehouse to USPS or to other Amazon Warehouse.
Qualifications:
· 21 years of age or older.
· Valid Driving License.
· Clean driving record (obtain MVR reports).
· The truck must be equipped with a functional tuck-under lift gate.
· The candidate must have a Pallet Jack and Load Straps with him on the site.
· The candidate must have a Smartphone.
· Ability to use smart phones applications.
· Knowledge of the state regulations and driving laws is a must.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push pull, and carry objects as needed.
· Commercial Insurance ($1,000,000 Liability/ $100,000 Cargo) is required.
· Experience with Amazon Relay is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Drive (your own vehicle) 16 FT Box Truck.
· Load/unload freight from vehicle.
· Use PPE as needed.
· Provide proper proof of delivery (POD) in order to receive on time weekly payments (late deliveries will result in rate reduction).
· Being punctual and committed, the driver must be shown on the site before the booking time by 30min.
· The driver will drive between 48miles up to 266miles, with two to four stops per load.
