Job Summary
The Launch Associate plays a crucial role in the successful introduction of new products to the market by optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve search ranking as well as maintaining product safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to various aspects of the launch process, including content creation, marketing strategies, and performance analysis.
Duties
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on launch objectives.
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance product discoverability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance product positioning.
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any product-related inquiries or issues.
- Stay updated on Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Analyze product safety requirements and submit documents to ensure legal compliance
- Maintain file organization for all product compliance documentation
Skills and Qualifications
- No Amazon experience required. Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to conduct keyword research.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Associates Degree or higher.
- Must have reliable transportation, phone & good attendance
- Ability to write informative white papers that effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Fluent in written English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus) with proper grammar
