This role involves administering employee health and welfare plans, serving as a liaison with insurance providers, and resolving benefits-related issues. The intern ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, oversees plan utilization, and fosters positive employee relations. Under the supervision of the HR Manager, responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining records, managing the HRIS, organizing CVs and resumes, handling job ads, and contributing to the implementation of company policies. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day HR activities of the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation sessions.Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating databases.Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.Assist in employee relations by addressing queries and helping to resolve issues.Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events. QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proactive and eager to learn about HR functions and processes. Education Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
