TECHNICAL RECRUITING INTERNSHIPMILITARY FRIENDLY PREFERRED - HOH SPONSORZermount Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to join our Corporate and Recruiting team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment processes while supporting major government Cybersecurity and IT contracts. The intern will work in a fast-paced team environment, assisting in all stages of the recruiting process to help identify and attract top talent.Duties ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social networking sites, and other recruitment channels.Help build and maintain an internal candidate database.Support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conduct initial candidate screenings.Manage recruiting system data, ensuring accuracy in tracking, updating, and filing applicant information.Assist with key recruiting initiatives, including campus recruiting, new-hire onboarding, and hiring manager training.Coordinate and schedule training sessions for hiring managers on recruiting processes and tools.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing tools and provide reports on recruitment activity and results.Track and report staffing and recruiting data/metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and EEO statistics.Prepare and update hiring data, including job openings, salary caps, and staffing process details.Maintain communication with applicants, keeping them informed on the hiring process.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job openings and determine technical and skill requirements.Support additional recruitment and HR-related projects as needed.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or candidate management systems is a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.Weekend AvailabilityEducationCurrently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum GPA of 3.0.Work LocationZermount Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.Hours of OperationBusiness Hours: 9:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST.
