What does a successful Director of Industry Marketing do at Fiserv?
As a Director of Industry Marketing at Fiserv, you will be a creative and performance-driven industry marketer responsible for driving brand and revenue-enhancing marketing programs for your specific industry segment. You will lead coordinated go-to-market efforts that reflect integrated messaging and value propositions for your specific industry segment. You will be involved in the ideation and execution of high-impact marketing programs for B2B clients. You will be a collaborative and strategic leader driving thought leadership initiatives and segment messaging through the delivery of unique experiences and programming executed with measurable success.
What you will do:
- Develop a strategic vision for integrated, banking-focused marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to deliver coordinated high-impact marketing programs and a seamless client experience.
- Leverage client insights to drive go-to-market strategies, including audience identification, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement efforts that result in strategic banking-specific campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Ensure distinctive brand messaging and points of differentiation across all touchpoints, including online and digital marketing, and tradeshows and conferences.
- Serve as an enabling partner to banking sales and relationship management teams, ensuring marketing efforts support a client-first marketing approach.
- Develop and share a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and voice of the client to optimize untapped opportunities in the banking space.
- Leverage KPIs and dashboards to demonstrate performance and analyze results, providing key learnings and recommendations for improvement.
What you will need to have:
- 9+ years of experience as a marketing leader
- 9+ years in Business to Business marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- Financial services industry experience: banks and/or credit unions
