The Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the operations of the Product Innovation and Enterprise Architecture teams. This position is responsible for organizing, project managing, improving processes, and reporting on the portfolio of work within these teams. The Operations Analyst will oversee the creation and implementation of intake processes, reporting structures, and metrics to ensure accountability. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing leadership communications and ensuring that operational activities align with strategic goals.
The role requires a blend of project management, process improvement, and analytical skills, along with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization.
Major Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage the operational flow of the Product Innovation and Enterprise Architecture portfolio, ensuring alignment with portfolio business objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop, implement, and optimize intake processes for new projects and initiatives, ensuring a streamlined approach for work requests.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting structure to track portfolio performance, including creating dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure metric accountability by regularly monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, analyzing current workflows and recommending changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the portfolio.
• Support project management efforts by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Serve as the key point of contact for leadership communications, preparing reports and presentations that provide transparency into the status of the portfolio and operational performance.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to ensure consistency, alignment, and effective collaboration in operational activities.
• Provide ongoing analysis and insights into the portfolio’s operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Direct complex projects often involving cross-functional teams and matrix partners; knows when to leverage cross-functional expertise across the organization.
• Lead a continuous risk and issues management process to identify and assess risks and issues occurring in portfolio; works with leaders to develop and manage mitigation measures to minimize exposure to projects and the business.
• Determine the most appropriate mode of communication for any given situation, ensure communication is timely, succinct, and tailored to the appropriate audience.
• Define and track project milestones; develops, maintains and reports on an overall integrated delivery plan.
• Create appropriate project artifacts
• Gather information from multiple sources to assess options and likely outcomes for organizational challenges and opportunities and leads others through this process.
• Demonstrate organizational agility (flexible to take on projects in many business lines).
• Propose recommendations, adjustments and process improvements to achieve success.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare required
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a Project/Change Management role required
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office product proficiency required
Licenses, Certifications, & Training:
• PMP and Agile Project Management and Scrum certification preferred
