Descripción del empleo
As a member of the Universal Pictures Mexico Consumer Products team, this coordinator will report to the Category Managers and her/his main responsibility will be accountable of the following activities:
- Responsible of giving support and follow up on the negotiation and deal management for CP Mexico´s Categories.
- Be the primary contact with the local and global administrative teams.
- Be responsible of elaborating the Deal Memo once the negotiation is closed and follow up until the contract is Fully Executed.
- Support with the on-boarding process to new licensees about systems and processes
- Enter deals on system and track them with involved teams, as well as category managers
- Track of existing licensing agreements and potential deals.
- Be responsible of tracking licensee’s forecast and budget in quarterly cycles.
- Be responsible of tracking royalty statements from licensees every quarter and communicate the status to category.
- Support licensees in the different processes for uploading royalty reports, follow up on collections, retentions & invoices
- Prepare licensees lists and keep clients and potential clients data base current.
- Coordinate communication between licensee and the Universal Teams.
- Assisting with planning and arranging meetings as requested by Category leads.
- Capture, submit and track expense reports for Category Leads.
