The Boeing Company is seeking a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Experienced and Senior Level Electrical/Electronic Installation Design Engineers who will provide engineering support across the Boeing portfolio of products, to include – but not limited to - Boeing Military Aircraft, Military Derivative Aircraft (AEW&C, AWACS, C-32/C-40, E-4B, VC-25A, KC-767, B-1B, B-2, B-52 and others).
The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK or San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:
Associate (Level 2)
- Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
- Supports analysis and design reviews.
- Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas).
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).
- Follows documented processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
- Supports the development of statements of work.
- Assists in the technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
- Analyzes functional and physical input used in the development of integrated design and system architecture.
- Works under general supervision.
Experienced (Level 3)
- Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
- Analyzes results and performs design reviews.
- Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas).
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).
- Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
- Develops basic statements of work.
- Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
- Analyzes functional and physical input to assure development of complete integrated design.
- Works under general direction.
Senior (Level 4)
- Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
- Analyzes results and performs design reviews.
- Leads the team to analyze results and performs design reviews.
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).
- Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
- Develops complex statements of work, metrics, schedules and budgets.
- Performs technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
- Works under minimal direction.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 2 or more years of experience in an engineering role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Education or experience in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2)

Summary Pay Range:
Associate: $75,650 - 132,250
Mid-Level $90,950 162,150
Senior $ 111,350 - 198,950
