Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Regional Health Services is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Health Services Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate a timely return to work to ensure injury/claim resolution for Toyota employees injured at work.
Reporting to the Regional Health Services Manager, the person in this role will use their expertise to perform analysis and develop reporting to use in complex decision making.
This onsite position is based in Georgetown, Kentucky. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
What you’ll be doing
Review daily occupational injuries to assist with determination on compensability by working with the health vendors, production, Safety, and the workers’ compensation carrier.
Ensure smooth day to day operations of onsite health services clinics.
Drive Toyota’s national health services alignment with process standardization and implementation of best practices across all plants.
Breakdown and analyze data for continuous improvement of health services. Utilize Cority to track and document KPIs. Identify trends and countermeasure appropriately.
Support Team Member Relations and occupational health vendors in responding to team member escalations that involve onsite members.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in health science or equivalent professional work experience in Human Resources Benefits Operations
Professional HR work experience in benefit functions specific to health services management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time
This position requires driving; a valid driver’s license is required, and also motor vehicle record that’s acceptable by company standards is required.
Added bonus if you have
Knowledge of federal and state medical, workers compensation, and leave laws and regulations
Knowledge of the design, implementation and ongoing administration of occupational health programs
