Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition team is critical to the continued success at CVS Health and our future growth plans. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team of Sourcers and TA Specialiststo support the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness department at CVS Health. Your team will be responsible for searching for candidates for open roles and creating proactive pipelines of individuals in this highly competitive market and supporting leaders to hire great talent.
You can flex between assignments and lead highly visible projects that require reporting and will have executive visibility. You work across business units, so you will learn and participate in new and evolving business areas. You drive our hiring process to provide a streamlined process for our candidates and hiring leaders. We rely on you to be a knowledgeable and trusted subject matter expert within Talent Acquisition and the businesses you support.
Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Colleagues (between 8-12 members), serve as a point of escalation for all requisitions in your portfolio
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
Seek and utilize analysis of market trends and provide reports and metrics on talent pipelines and sourcing activities
Develop and participate in employer and recruitment branding efforts and social media use in partnership with TA Marketing
Using data to solve problems in all areas of recruiting and define success, translate metrics into usable insights for stakeholders
Function as subject matter expert for team tools and resources
Improve processes and efficiencies and champion innovative talent acquisition ideas
Lead/attend regular calls with the TA team, business leaders and/or HRBP’s
Act as a consultative partner with HR business partners and senior business leaders to influence hiring practices of leaders
Meet with clients as needed to solicit feedback on hiring processes
Ensure staffing activities are conducted in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
3+ years of experience with developing creative sourcing and research strategies for large projects
2+ years of experience with a client or candidate relationship manager or other robust candidate relationship tools (CRM)
Willingness to travel; up to 10% (including airplane)
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of people leadership experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Phenom CRM

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
