Job Description
The Media Operations team responsible for overseeing Studio Fulfillment provides client services & order management to several organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Global Distribution, Universal Pictures Group, NBC News, NBC Sports, NBCU Global Networks, USA Network, SyFy, Bravo, Sky, Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and local TV stations. Program Operations serves as the liaison between various departments in order to fulfill content to all distribution outlets. The Programming Coordinator will work closely with the various internal and external digital media groups, the 24/7 support team, other Media Operations teams, the Advanced Media Products team, and Engineering to ensure the accurate and reliable distribution of content to secondary platforms and third party clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor delivery of high priority content to high revenue platforms, troubleshooting, and escalating to respective support teams to quickly rectify any potential issues
- Work across multiple media asset management systems to process and deliver features, trailers, and episodic content
- Participate in both daily and weekly internal team meetings
- Provide regular order updates and escalate issues to team Specialist.
- Regularly communicate with internal support teams to ensure content is delivered on time.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor(s)
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- A high school diploma and relevant certification or associate degree in Media or Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ year experience in client facing customer service role
- 1+ year experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, and project management
Desired Characteristics:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the technology or media industry, with a proven track record in successful project management with cross-functional teams demonstrating superb communication and organizational skills
- 1+ years experience in a job or school related activity using computers and software applications including MS outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, & MS Excel
- Experience in media asset management system such as mediator and translator

- Must be willing to work in Stamford, Connecticut - in a hybrid model, contributing from the office 3x per week, and understand that business needs may alter over time.
- Must be willing and available to work any shift including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of a 24x7/365 operation, with possibility of schedule changes on short notice, based on business needs and priorities.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States.

Wage Range: $50,000-$60,000 (not bonus eligible)
