We're seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team! As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for administering the company's benefits programs, conducting audits, reconciliations, data analysis and reporting. This role also has responsibility for all aspects of Leave of Absence administration, processes, and procedures in partnership with a third-party vendor.
What you will do:
- Manage Leave of Absence administration, including developing processes and communicating with stakeholders
- Analyze and report on benefits data, including audits and reconciliations ensuring data integrity
- Administer benefits programs, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage billing and invoicing for benefit programs
- Provide back-up support for Benefits Specialist and Sr. Retirement Specialist
What you will bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree or professional equivalent
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups, and data visualization.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and State Leave regulations
- Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to benefit programs
Preferred:
- Experience with Ceridian HR/Payroll system configuration
- Experience using PowerBI or creating dashboards
