Description: You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the Subcontract Management team. What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Manager Senior, you will be responsible for supporting a Subcontractor in all aspects of cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance, with a focus on development and delivery of complex systems. You will work closely with a Subcontract Management team member to drive success in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting hardware and software deliveries, parallel development of multiple configurations, and block upgrades
• Coordinating qualification-type activities and test events
• Driving process and test time reduction activities to reduce subcontractor lead time
• Generating and implementing affordability ideas to meet program cost targets

Basic Qualifications:
• Degree from an accredited college in a Business, Engineering or Programming discipline at the Bachelor level or above, with multiple years of professional experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Subcontract, Financial and / or Operational experience
• Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
• Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership of tasks and accountable
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to generate and interpret data into meaningful metrics
• Ability and willingness to travel
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of acquisition policies with associated knowledge of FAR / DFAR / LMAP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
