Description:You will be an Integration and Test Engineer for our Engineering team. Our team is responsible for planning, implementing, testing, and maintaining solutions for the integration of in-house developed and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components, elements, subsystems, and systems.
What You Will Be Doing As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for synthesizing customer requirements into system test solutions, establishing technical specifications, and ensuring the integration of entire systems or subsystems. You will work on identifying and resolving electromechanical technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and analyzing data to recommend solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
• Coordinating subsystem and system testing activities with programs and organizations
• Analyzing test results and preparing evaluation reports
• Interacting with the engineering community, including design reviews and writing technical documents
• Troubleshooting technical problems and issues, and determining test solutions
• Recognizing opportunities for improvement based on test data

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
• Strong Computer Skills including MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team
• Understanding of requirements conforming to current industrial/military standards
• Strong interpersonal communication, planning and writing skills
• Ability to adapt to up-tempo work environment, motivated and result oriented
Desired Skills:• Experience with JTAG/Boundary scan applications in military or commercial industry
• Experience utilizing Windchill and ECE, and presenting findings to customers and management
• Active Secret Clearance
• Testability & Maintainability Experience
• VBA, SQL, C#, C++, Matlab, NI Systems integration Experience
• Electronic/Electromechanical testing and troubleshooting • Understanding Engineering drawings, Mechanical and electronic

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
