Job Description
The Coordinator will provide project support for the Theatrical Brand Marketing and Franchise Management teams. Our team brings some of the world’s most beloved franchises - like Shrek, How to Train Your Dragon and Kung Fu Panda - to life across theatrical, parks, live entertainment and gaming. We wear many hats, collaborating across the business. Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the distribution of confidential film assets, strategy and marketing materials across internal and external partners/stakeholders. Requires utmost discretion
- Assist in the development of worldwide sales presentation materials for Universal Pictures film properties, as well as serve as point person to upload materials to deliver to the global team. Requires strong proficiency in Keynote & PowerPoint creativity and skills
- Manage the logistics for cross-departmental filmmaker meetings and executive presentations
- Collaborate with studio colleagues in the creation and aggregation of presentation materials in tandem with the Manager
- Partner with the department assistant in scheduling physical and virtual room preparation
- On an as-needed basis, contribute to partner pitches in presentation talking points and delivery for one-off meetings
- Attend regular team and cross-divisional meetings to relay department updates and aggregate next steps and notes
- Play a key role in creative brainstorming with the direct team on film-specific initiatives
- Work with VP and Director to help track projects and budgets via trackers and milestone calendars
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative assistant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant marketing experience
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Keynote

- Ability to create systems for streamlined workflow and project management

- Excellent organizational, analytical and administrative skills, together with developed interpersonal skills, telephone manner and attention to detail
- Demonstrates the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and environments
- Comfortable with evolving responsibilities and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Works effectively within team settings, building relationships and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals
- Recognizes the value of collaboration and actively contributes to a positive work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 (not bonus eligible)
