Job Description: What You'll Do Lead the development of Internal Audit’s reports to the Board and Senior Leadership Develop and maintain a structured reporting calendar to ensure timely delivery of board reporting materials Create content and ensure accuracy of Internal Audit’s reports to the Board and Senior Leadership Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks, templates, and methodologies to drive consistency and efficiency Implement process improvements to streamline report development and enhance the effectiveness of board reporting Stay informed on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to Internal Audit’s board reporting Maintain an organized repository for board reporting and exam management Act as Internal Audit’s primary liaison for regulatory exam management Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of Internal Audit’s regulatory deliverables, including presentations, reports, and responses. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all regulatory engagements, responses, and commitments How You'll Do It Leads client audits. Develops risk assessments align to standards. Completes and documents audit fieldwork and testing. Identifies potential findings for discussion with management. Discusses findings with clients and develops action plans. Completes review of audit work of assigned staff. Communicates statuses of audits and findings to clients. Partners with clients to develop solutions to identified findings. Interacts effectively with technology, operations, and financial auditors to ensure coverage of audit entity. Develops and educates team members. Defines expectations with audit staff. Qualifications You'll Need The Basics Bachelors Social Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics or related field 2+ years Applied Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, Computer Science, Data Science, or related experience Physical and Cognitive Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
