Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Addison, IL (Western Chicago Suburb)
Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday
Base Salary: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually
*Total Compensation for this position includes base salary, 25% short-term incentive target bonus potential, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.*
What You'll Do
Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for identifiying, developing, and closing opportunities with new and existing customers.
You will:
- Develop and execute sales growth plans for target customers, focusing on account conversions, in conjunction with sales management and the marketing department.
- Grow sales and market share by providing unique, valuable commercial insights on the customers business and market, helping them navigate alternatives and avoid potential risks, and leading them to Sunrise Electric's value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and vendors with full autonomy.
- Support sales management with seamless hand-off of converted customers for sales assignment and post-sales support.
- Create and execute an ongoing plan to increase value to Sunrise Electric and its customers in conjunction with actively participating in all job-related training opportunities, information seminars, and buisness meetings.
- Collect information, identify trends and emerging disruptive forces affecting the local electrical market, and post to Voice of Customer portal.
What You Bring
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of business-to-business sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
- High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of Electric products.
- Good understanding of the market and competitors and basic financial skills.
- Must have effective negotiating skills.
- Strong selling, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
