You’ll collaborate with teams across multiple countries to drive hardware launches and ensure smooth operations. What you will do:
- Monitor demand and supply for new country markets at both system level and component level to ensure there is no shortage.
- Coordinate the engineering change requests with the engineering team in order to ensure the new material cut-in date aligns with expectations.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Identify cost-effective solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support hardware launches to other countries by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Quickly address and resolve supply chain disruptions, such as delivery delays or logistics issues.
- Adapt to shifting goals, schedules, and project needs with a proactive mindset.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, education, or military background.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware, project management, supply chain, or planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, new hardware product development, and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of reverse logistics, RMA (return merchandise authorization) processes, and hardware repair.
