Description:What You Will Be DoingThe position will be on the Sustainment Analytics and Modeling team’s Reporting Analytics & Improvements team within the F-35 Sustainment DSA organization.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for the F-35 Sustainment Metrics Reconciliation.
• Manage reconciliation team efforts using EVMS, applicable Command Media, and Systems Engineering principles within allocated budget and schedule.
• Provide supervision to meet schedules and to resolve critical/complex technical & operational problems through subordinate leads.
• Supervisory tasks include staffing and promotion decisions, labor charging review and approval, training coordination, facilities coordination, management of personnel task assignment, recruitment of new personnel, performance appraisal and merit determination/review.
• Provide technical and analytical support, recommendations, and consultation to the wider Sustainment Analytics & Modeling and F-35 Sustainment leadership teams.
• Manage organizational interfaces between customer and other F-35 sustainment teams.
• The candidate will operate in a virtual and dynamic environment with cross-functional teams where he/she will have to manage competing priorities to help deliver solutions to complex data problems.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or in a related technical discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) Physics, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Mathematics
• Experience in critical interactions and relationships between engineering, sustainment, supply chain, contracts, business management, finance, and/or the program office
• Previous leadership experience in leading projects or a team
• Experience in project management and has the ability to interact with the customer
• Familiar with the agile/scrum methodology and practices
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
