What does a successful Collections Compliance Manager do?
A successful Collections Compliance Manager at Fiserv ensures that our collections processes adhere to all legal, regulatory, contractual standards, and in-house policies. You will monitor, evaluate, and improve compliance related to collections while liaising with various departments to ensure optimal performance. Your ability to blend strong regulatory knowledge with practical execution skills will be key in delivering efficient solutions, enhancing client trust, and ensuring we remain a leader in financial services.
What you will do:
- Oversee the development and implementation of compliance procedures related to collections.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that all collection practices are compliant with current laws.
- Analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory examinations and audits.
- Develop and maintain a compliance recordkeeping system.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in collections compliance management, preferably in the first-party credit cards collections space.
- 2+ years of experience with regulatory requirements related to collections.
- 2+ years of experience conducting compliance audits in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.

- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or equivalent certification.
