Program Overview:
Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events.
Job Details:
- Assist in legal research and analysis on various topics, including regulatory developments, contract law, employment law and data protection.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including template agreements, NDA’s, letters and memos.
- Attend client meetings and take notes on matters discussed, providing insights and summaries when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and objectives.
Requirements:
• Progress towards completion of a relevant bachelor's degree with demonstrated academic achievement
• Candidates currently completing their FE1 exams and seeking industry experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities.
• Sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
