What does a Great Production Fulfillment Associate do at Fiserv?
You’ll support several large client rollouts of Point of Sales devices by fulfilling client orders. You will be responsible for the handling of Point-of-Sale equipment from an order fulfillment and refurbishment from the organization to the merchant.
What you will do:
- Fulfill Customer Orders which involves picking, assembling/packing and shipping orders.
- Become proficient injecting and downloading devices.
- Meet Daily Quality Goals.
- Meet Daily Production Goals.
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
What you need to have:
- Experience using a computer (email, excel a must, Oracle a plus)and accessories (handheld scanners, printers)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
What will be great to have:
- Experience injecting/downloading/shipping of POS units
- Technical troubleshooting of various electronics
- Forklift experience,
- Ability to work overtime as required
