Job Summary
Responsible for leading, managing and developing a data analytics department and implementing the strategic vision to leverage data, information and tools/applications for critical decision making. Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Creates, develops and leads the business strategy to focus on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation to support the overall vision of the organization. Partners with other top leaders to establish division/group/company-wide processes. Incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues. Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results. Recognizes profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals and directly supervises one or more Sr. Director/Director employees.

- Executive planning with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
- Drives strategic direction for business solutions and operating strategies.Leads system improvements that create efficiencies with regards to cost and business performance.
- Directs the continuing review of all current systems/applications and formulation of future systems/applications so as to efficiently accomplish business purposes within budget.
- Establishes the information, reporting and analytical needs of the Company.
- Develops goals, strategies and plans needed to achieve the vision.
- Creates, evaluates and analyzes proposals for new business ideas and presents to Executive Leadership.
- Evaluates new techniques and approves expenditures.
- Prepares and reviews system budgets.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $250,959.21 - $410,660.53
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
