Fiserv’s Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5-year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Fintech and unique to you! We are looking for upcoming university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their careers. What you will do:
As part of the Data Analytic track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will have opportunities in the Analysis, Management, and Visualization of Data. You will work with raw datasets, perform data profiling, clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency, and build monitoring alerts on snowflake. You will participate in complicated projects that can have significant outcomes in the business while strengthening the skills fundamental to lead in the FinTech industry.
Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree completing in May 2025 in a STEM program
3.0 + GPA
0-2 years of professional work experience
Strong knowledge of SQL
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
What would be great to have:
Experience in Python, Jupiter, Excel, R Languages, PowerBi, Tableau, Snowflake, or ETL

Majors:
A range of college majors are considered based on specific needs of department such as: Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytic, but willing to train the right candidate.
Please Note: This role is fully on-site. Our Technology Analyst Program interview process begins in October and typically lasts through April for a June 2025 start date. You can expect to hear from one of our recruiters if your qualifications align.
