Enterprise Integration Lead
TS/SCI polygraph required.
This is a contingency hire for a full-time position supporting a government agency in Reston, VA. Selected applicants will be responsible for supporting the integration and implementation of end-to-end solutions into the enterprise, and participate in the requirements process as directed by the Government. The individual will be responsible for establishing the testing process and methodology. The Enterprise Integrator will work across a variety of efforts to identify integration risks (e.g. technical schedule, or performance). They will lead Verification and Validation efforts with a diverse team to verify and validate integration testing. They will then make recommendations to the Government based on the results of the testing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have an active TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance
At least 16 years of experience in technical or programmatic integration roles.
Demonstrated experience with technical project management.
Demonstrated experience leading teams implementing new technologies into the Enterprise.
Experience providing recommendations to address issues and shortfalls in security, vulnerability, confidentiality, integrity, and availability
Experience providing systems engineering support to evaluate utility and demand for capabilities, systems, and services and suggest modifications
Demonstrated experience executing and managing end-user requirements gathering and curation activities for Information Technology (IT) systems and services
Demonstrated experience executing and managing end-user requirements gathering and curation activities for Information Technology (IT) systems and services
Working understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and or knowledge of Agile Development techniques and related issues
Desire and willingness to help support and influence a customer organization that undergoes constant change.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams in requirements development activities
Demonstrated experience applying standards & commercial best practices, developing requirements artifacts using commercially available tools, and providing execution support to ensure compliance with the approved and allocated requirements.
Ability to identify key technical risk areas, and translate the risk areas into program impacts
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results to senior leadership
Desired Qualifications:
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or its DoD equivalent or coursework
Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g. TOGAF)
Experience in the use of Tableau, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence
Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), other SAFe certifications or coursework
Experience as a technical writer
