What does a successful Summer Intern-Human Resources do?
We are looking for proactive interns to join our team! This track within the Business Internship Program will give you the opportunity in partnering with Sr HR Business Partners to develop a people strategy in alignment with business initiatives and establish HR processes for our client groups to attract, retain and develop associates. In this role, you will utilize HR domain expertise, effective communication, strong analytical skills, and teamwork to achieve business results.
What you will do:
Support Sr HRBP in facilitating consistent application, enhancement and execution of HR policies, processes, and programs such as compensation planning, performance management, change management, employee relations, and career development.
Leverage data analytics to proactively develop ideas and solutions that align to overall company strategic goals and objectives.
Support Sr HRBP in managing, developing, and driving the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business priorities and goals.
Maintain workforce analysis and organization design activities with business leaders to ensure structure and staffing are proactively managed to meet short and long-term business goals and desired retention is achieved.
What you will need to have:
Pursuing a degree in a bachelor's program with a Human Resources, HR Analytics, Business Management degree
Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2027
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

What Would Be Great to Have:
Previous business internship experience.
