Description:What You Will Be DoingSupports Global Fleet Support by providing Associate management coverage to Product Support Engineering: F-35 Mission Systems Sub-Systems, DR's, and DFC. Specifically this includes technical direction, cost & schedule management, cross-functional coordination & integration, and personnel actions, including appraisals, staffing & disciplinary actions. Primary focus is to provide Product Support Engineering Field Services support for current System Development and Design (SDD) and LRIP contracts and future Full Rate Production/Sustainment contracts. Other scope of responsibilities include detailed planning, requirements management, capability verification, metrics management, and performance management to Earned Value Management System (EVMS.) Accomplishes results by taking overall direction from the F-35 Global Fleet Support Senior Manager, and managing subordinate technical leads and by
establishing effective working relationships with
horizontal counterparts.

Basic Qualifications:The person occupying this leadership position must
possess a broad background & the interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of personalities both within & outside of the Product Support Engineering team.
Must have supervisory and/or leadership experience
Knowledge of multiple Air Vehicle and/or Field Services design elements including: Field Support Engineering, and/or Maintenance and Logistics
Desired Skills:Prior operational maintenance, engineering or
support engineering experience highly desirable.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
