Description:You will be an IT Specialist for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Information Technology (IT) team, supporting a DoD contract in Lexington, KY. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and processes, and we're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our ranks.
What You Will Be DoingAs an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the IT Change Management process, maintaining the Definitive Media Library (DML), administering software licenses, and hosting review meetings with key stakeholders. You will work closely with our team to analyze proposed changes to product design, oversee IT Change Requests, and prepare documentation for change authorization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Coordinate the IT Change Management process
• Maintain the Definitive Media Library (DML)
• Administer software licenses
• Host review meetings with key stakeholders
• Analyze proposed changes to product design to assess effect on overall product and IT information system(s)
• Oversee IT Change Requests and prepare documentation for change authorization
• Prepare reports of change effect on overall product
• Review and analyze released technical change data and coordinate changes with various departments and IT teams
• Ensure customer requirements are implemented and review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
