What does a successful Client Service Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a successful Client Service Analyst, you will have an experience using various Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word, an eye for detail work, and the ability to adapt to new situations as our client needs and system functionality change.
What you will do:
You will work with both our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) client and our client service teams to implement updates in various systems on behalf of clients. You will communicate with clients on updates being completed and use various tools to monitor requests from clients.
- Receive and respond to tickets from clients and internal Fiserv teams.
- Receive and respond to emails from clients and internal Fiserv teams.
- Key updates into various systems based on client requests.
- Analyze requests to determine root cause of issue and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
What you will need to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to adjust to change within a short period of time.
What would be great to have:
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Access and Excel applications, with in depth knowledge how to utilize them for database creation.
