What you will do:
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and schedules to drive successful project execution.
- Coordinate resources and activities across program initiatives to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Monitor program progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Facilitate regular program reviews, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in program management.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- 7+ years of experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating resources.
- Proven track record in driving successful project and program execution.
What would be great to have:
- Certification in program management (PgMP) or other project management certification (PMP).
- 7+ years of experience working in the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
