What does a successful Partner Support Specialist do? As a Partner Support Specialist, you will establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships between Fiserv and its sales partners. You'll act as a liaison from the onboarding process through to operational support, providing essential communication and assistance to ensure our partners' continued success. You will be the go-to contact for ongoing support, ensuring partners have a seamless experience with Fiserv.
What you will do:
- Take 50 phone calls daily, addressing and resolving partner inquiries.
- Communicate with sales partners via email and support tickets.
- Offer assistance throughout the pre-sales process, including application completion and submission.
- Provide education and training on all Fiserv operational systems, procedures, and products.
- Aid partners in navigating and using applicable Fiserv systems, forms, and statements.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of all Fiserv products and sales partner portfolio performance.
- Serve as a communication touchpoint connecting sales partners with internal teams.
- Manage interdepartmental communication for effective resolution of escalated issues.
What you will need to have:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
- 1+ years of experience in using Microsoft Excel.
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Experience with Internet research and analytical thinking.
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
What would be great to have:
- Multilingual capabilities with Spanish preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite applications particularly Excel.
- Prior experience with Fiserv systems and products.
- 2+ years of experience in relationship management.
- Experience with support tickets and CRM systems.
