As the Finance Director of our Large Bank Relationship business unit, you will help drive growth and profitability, utilizing your strategic and analytical skills to identify opportunities, optimize financial performance, and implement effective solutions that align with our business objectives. This insightful financial analysis will empower our leadership to make informed decisions. Your attention to detail will enable you to thoroughly explore intricate data warehouses, extracting meaningful insights that transform into actionable strategies. Your ability to handle tasks and projects on both a micro and macro scale will be crucial as you identify opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance profits.
What you will do:
- Partner and develop relationships with the large bank business unit leaders, providing strategic insights to drive revenue and reduce costs.
- Develop and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, planning, and analysis (FP&A) processes, driving efficiency and increased accuracy in reporting.
- Identify revenue and profitable growth opportunities through portfolio analytics.
- Monitor and control operating expenses to ensure alignment with budget.
- Prepare detailed analysis and complementary presentations to communicate financial results as compared to budget and forecast.
- Develop and deliver financial models to key stakeholders, offering quantitative analysis and qualitative business judgment based on key performance indicators.
- Participate in the process of negotiating and renewing contracts with the large banks, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to mitigate risks and maximize value.
- Lead a high performing team to consistently deliver best-in-class results, offering meaningful opportunities catered to each employee’s unique skillset.
What you will need to have:
- 9+ years of applicable finance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
What will be great to have:
- 6+ years of experience merchant payment processing.
- 4+ years of experience with large data warehouse such as Palantir or Foundry.
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
- Experience in financial systems such as SAP and BPC.
- Experience with SQL.
