Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, integration, upgrades, and maintenance of all networked and locally attached computing equipment
Repair, replace, and creatively solve hardware and software issues for all IT and networking equipment supporting a core and isolated environment of specialized manufacturing and engineering equipment
Work closely with IT management and programs to determine support requirements, priorities, and support needs
Collaborate with Infrastructure Managers to ensure security guidelines, computing standards, and best practices are being followed
Program planning and serving as the focal point supporting multiple environment(s)
Accountable for IT Projects, developing and maintaining the roadmaps for these IT projects that ensure capabilities are prioritized to support Program contractual commitments
Work closely with Business Partners and the IT infrastructure support team to schedule and prioritize work to meet customer requirements

Basic Qualifications:-US Citizenship and ability/willingness to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
-Software and hardware troublshooting
-Familiarity with Network standards and troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems)
-Strong Program/Project execution capabilities; ability to develop, implement and track work across multiple service central queues.
-Proven and effective presentation and communication skills up to executive level
-Strong customer service focus with experience in face-to-face customer interactions
-Available 24/7 for issue resolution on production systems
Desired Skills:-Demonstrated ability to align strategies and capabilities to other business area or enterprise strategies and capabilities; Multiyear planning & business analysis of current and emerging IT requirements.
-Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industries
-Working knowledge of Service Central, JITA, and other IT tools
-Experience with data protection, backups, and data recovery tools
-Experience working in manufacturing environments supporting label printers, barcode scanners, and other miscellaneous IT equipment
-LMI and non-LMI (Dev) IT infrastructure and operations domain experience; Strong knowledge of IT technologies, tools, and capabilities.
-Proven ability to virtually lead teams/ people to achieve results.
-Demonstrated ability to absorb new technologies and processes quickly.
-Demonstrated experience working across organizational boundaries.
Self-Motivated.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
