Description:Data Analyst - Level 2Location: Fort Worth TXWhat You Will Be DoingAre you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for analytics and process improvement? As a Data Analyst – Level 2 on the Sustainment Supply Performance Improvement Team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and performance improvements.
In this role, you will develop interactive data analytics dashboards, perform in-depth data analysis, and collaborate across teams to ensure metric-driven decision-making. Your work will support Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations, help identify emerging operational challenges, and contribute to process optimization across the F-35 Sustainment Supply organization.
You will be responsible for designing data visualization environments, automating data pipelines, and maintaining data integrity to support leadership in rapid decision-making. This role requires a highly motivated, analytical thinker with expertise in data modeling, performance tracking, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track and enhance operational performance
- Collect, analyze, and summarize large datasets to provide key insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions
- Conduct trend analysis and identify areas for process optimization
- Perform data validation and ensure dashboard and database integrity
- Develop and automate data pipelines to streamline reporting
- Support ad-hoc research requests and present findings to senior leadership

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or 3 years experience in absence of degree
- Demonstrated Data Analytics experience
- Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management experience
Desired Skills:- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Self-Service, QlikView, PowerBI, or other similar tools
- Programming experience and demonstrated proficiency with at least one modern software language such as C++, C, C#, Java, Python, etc.
- Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes
- Project Management or Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) experience a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
