As a Senior Data Analyst on the Sustainment Supply Performance Improvement Team, you will play a key role in optimizing supply chain operations through advanced analytics and data visualization. Your expertise will provide the Supply team with valuable insights to improve performance, identify opportunities, and support critical decision-making.
In this role, you will develop and maintain data visualization environments, conduct Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, and lead performance improvement initiatives. Collaborating across multiple teams and working closely with customers, you'll analyze key process drivers and implement data-driven solutions that enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop interactive data analytics dashboards to monitor and improve operational performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and recommend strategic solutions.
- Build and automate data pipelines to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing databases and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Deliver in-depth reports and presentations to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights.
- Perform ad-hoc research to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key metrics and ensure performance against defined benchmarks and KPIs.
- Identify emerging data trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues before they impact performance.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or 5 years experience in absence of degree
- Demonstrated Data Analytics experience
- Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management experience
Desired Skills:- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Self-Service, QlikView, PowerBI, or other similar tools
- Programming experience and demonstrated proficiency with at least one modern software language such as C++, C, C#, Java, Python, etc.
- Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
- Project Management experience
- Understanding of performance metric measures or KPI reporting techniques a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
