Job Summary and Qualifications
Overseeing a team of Product Analysts that ensure business needs are captured, technology roadmaps are defined and executed to align with the business strategy. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to technological platform standards created to drive standardization, reusability, and optimal configuration.
Lead and direct the coordination of cross-functional teams of developers, technicians, and analysts on strategic programs, projects, and activities. Advises on future technology direction for existing solutions in the Enterprise Messaging Landscape as well as creating and maintaining standard for the technology platform. Leads in the relationship with vendors and business stakeholders.
The candidate should demonstrate an understanding of complex ideas, and be capable of promoting the strategy across teams, and assisting in developing priorities to the team and stakeholders. This role should practice attentive listening and display executive presence as they will be frequently meeting with senior-level business management and presenting to large groups including Field Operation Executive Leaders, Corporate entity(s) departmental leaders and Senior Level leaders. Additionally, he/she is accountable for capturing information as it pertains to the customer and broader market and communicating it across the IT organization. The Manager should perform all duties with a focus on quality of work, attention to detail and a high level of self-management and self-awareness.
Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
Collaborate and build lasting relationships with Operational Stakeholders to define, develop, refine scope and strategy of requirements of platform products
Provide excellent cross functional communication with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and other Technical Product Management and stakeholder team members
Facilitate customer and user groups influencing products developed and investments
Work with UX to develop prototypes, mockups, and/or wireframes for new products and product functionality to cast product vision into the organization.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and proof of concepts
Showcase ability to balance understanding of nuanced operational needs and how they can be achieved/developed that is aligned with Enterprise standards for scalability.
Developing processes to ensure to adherence to Product-based guardrails to promote standardization and reusable components
Responsible for hiring and mentoring Product Analyst/Interns and developing them into long term contributing colleagues within the Referral Management & Contact Center
Present to senior management project-related information (e.g., project proposals, plans, updates, issues, and recommendations).

What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree - Required
EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have 5 or more years of information systems management and leadership experience, leading large, full life-cycle application development projects with a proven track record of execution and results. A demonstrated track record of leading IT product development staff in a dedicated service-oriented organization is desired. Experience with management engineering/productivity software within a healthcare setting is also desirable.
Experience in managing products and projects that include geographically dispersed resources, including off-shore, is desirable.
A background working with and supporting a team in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire direct reports to high levels of critical thinking and performance.
Experience with creation of Requests for Proposal, proposal analysis, Statement of Work development, and contract negotiations.
Experience with staff recruitment and retention, merit/performance planning, career development, and coaching.
Hands-on participation in resource planning with area leaders and allocation of resources to meet the demands of ITG projects and intradepartmental efforts.
Budget forecasting, development, and oversight.
