What you will do:
• Manage projects related to system installations and client files.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Define requirements and work with development teams on mandated projects.
• Test and validate project changes before and after implementation.
• Manage project issues and ensure corrections before implementation.
• Communicate weekly testing and implementation results for all projects.
• Communicate rule enhancements and support testing.
• Handle pricing and billing tasks, including feedback review and billing accuracy.
• Update clients on industry changes, important alerts, and updates.
What you will need to have:
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, dispute resolution, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
• 2+ years experience in managing multiple projects and tasks.
• 2 + years knowledge of chargeback processes, billing systems, and industry-specific regulations.
• 2+ years proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Industry certifications including Visa and chargeback, which validate expertise and commitment to the field.
• Excellent communication, presentation abilities and attention to detail.
• Project management course completion.
