What does a successful TransArmor Integration Analyst do at Fiserv?
The TransArmor Team Integration Analyst serves as a technical advisor for integration projects, working directly with developers on Tokenization and Encryption projects. By providing advanced troubleshooting and analysis, they support merchants and vendors through testing in multiple environments. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, the analyst ensures successful tokenization or encryption on various devices or systems. They maintain familiarity with existing and new products by participating in product release discussions to understand functionalities.
What you will do:
- Manage client implementations and conversions for large and technical custom implementations.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute TransArmor implementation/conversion project plans, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
- Identify opportunities to streamline TransArmor procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
- Interface with other Fiserv departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
- Interpret and communicate Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
- Gather client requirements for software development to support implementation/conversion.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for TransArmor, partnering with internal teams on client entablements and conversions.
What you will need to have:
- High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing client implementations and conversions.
- 4+ years of experience with advanced troubleshooting and analysis for technical solutions.
- 4+ years of experience working directly with developers on integration projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity/analysis software.
- Availability to travel as needed to support project implementations and client interactions.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Proficient understanding of Fiserv authorization and settlement platforms, as well as onboarding and processing front-end tools.
- Knowledge of process documentation and development of training plans.
- Experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
