What you will do:

Create detailed data mapping from source to target systems, ensuring clarity and precision in all documentation.
Gather and document business requirements, identifying current needs and recommending effective solutions.
Evaluate client requirements to determine compatibility with existing functionalities and suggest improvements.
Analyze complex issues and translate findings into actionable steps for the technical team.
Anticipate post-production implications of the delivered requirements and assess their impacts on stakeholders.
Determine stakeholder involvement in projects and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6-8 years of analysis experience, with a proven track record in translating complex issues into actionable steps.
Extensive experience in Agile methodologies, preferably SAFE, and proficient in using JIRA for drafting features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance while rapidly adapting to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse group, including clients, developers, testers, and subject matter experts.

What would be great to have:

Qualification in Business or Accounting.
SQL scripting capabilities, along with knowledge of financial services and payments.
Experience in payments and transaction processing, including transaction pricing and scheme fees.
Familiarity with transaction workflow modeling and software development processes.
