In support of the needs of our growing business we are hiring a Cyber Security Manager who will be responsible for the cyber security of our IT platforms; both insourced and outsourced.
What does a successful Cyber Manager do?
The Cyber Manager oversees the cyber stance of our IT platforms, formulating and adhering to policy and performing vulnerability management on our in-house and outsourced platforms. The role will lead a comprehensive risk and cyber strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors and our clients to stay ahead of emerging threats.
What you will do:
- You will have the ability to be both strategic and operational, responsible for setting and evangelizing our cyber vision and you will play an instrumental part of a team that will help mobilise against that vision.
- A subject matter expert for Cyber Security at Fiserv, clearly communicates vision and goals of the product.
- Proactively identify gaps in the current product offering and leads the effort to develop cyber solutions that drive improve our security stance.
- Be passionate about the payment industry, cyber trends and standards.
- Work closely with external partners, vendors, and industry organizations to share insights and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with DORA.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to cloud security activities and initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to security operations activities and initiatives.
- Attend bi-weekly calls with the Fiserv Cyber Risk Team and ensure a list of actions is maintained.
What you will need to have:
- A domain expert & strong Cyber Security mindset with at least 5+ years’ experience in a cyber leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Deep understanding of cyber security technologies, and familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the payments industry.
- Strong communicator skills and the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally with both business and technical stakeholders, including clients, in a collaborative way.
- A self-motivated and results focused individual with the ability to take ownership for issues through to resolution.
