The Fiserv Business Internship Program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv summer interns are in session from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025 and work approximately 40 hours per week.
What does a successful Business Summer Intern do?
We are looking for proactive interns to join our team! Business Interns at Fiserv support the coordination and management of business projects, work with skilled professionals to analyze business requirements, identify improvement areas, and help in the development of effective solutions. This role offers practical experience, a broad exposure to the organization, and the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams.
What you will do:
Support project teams in tracking progress and resolving issues.
Offer innovative solutions during brainstorming sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with senior associates and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Assist in analyzing business processes and requirements.
Support in data gathering and analysis.
What you will need to have:
Progress towards the completion of a bachelor’s degree between December 2025 and June 2027 with a business, supply chain, logistics, analytics, or communications major.
3.0+ GPA
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
0-2 Years of work experience.
What would be great to have:
Previous business internship experience.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to changing priorities.
