Boeing’s Human Resources team is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Engineering Capabilities organization. This position provides direct HRBP support to our engineering functional capabilities and workforce strategy team and will partner with senior leaders, managers and engineers.
This position can be based in any of the following locations: El Segundo, CA; Berkeley, MO; Tukwila, WA; Everett, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; Mesa, AZ; Huntsville, AL or Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities:
Partner closely with BDS Engineering Capabilities leadership and other key stakeholders to create talent strategies that support the business and develop a talent pipeline of current and future leaders
Develop and deploy integrated Human Resources services, processes and data analytics that drive business results for the BDS Engineering organization, including talent acquisition – staffing strategies and action plans; engagement, development and retention initiatives; performance management and compensation; succession planning and pipeline development; consultation on a range of HR-related deliverables
Enable informed, data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics, trends and consultation
Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influence process improvement by working with others
Coach all team member levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes
Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce/talent strategies that meet organization strategies
5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
5+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior business/functional leaders
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
Human Resources certification(s)
3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
Experience analyzing data and metrics and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders
Proficient with software tools such as Tableau, Excel (pivot tables)
Experience navigating a matrixed organization
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Experience leading and mentoring HR teammates

Summary pay range: $96,050 - $150,650
