What does a successful Digital Account Executive do?As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients, primarily in the eastern part of North America. These financial institutions leverage Fiserv solutions to better serve their consumers. You will act as their advocate and ambassador with an unwavering commitment to exceed performance results for both the client and Fiserv. By maintaining a high-performing team, you will ensure retention, ACV growth, strategic relationship development and product adoption.
What you will do:
- Manage accounts with business responsibility for clients predominantly using XD Create, CheckFree, Digital Payments, and product bundles.
- Oversee renewals, maximizing value while minimizing compression and adding new content to deals.
- Identify add-on sales opportunities and drive sales of additional products and new features with existing clients.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure rapid resolution of critical client issues, engaging appropriate resources as needed.
- Develop and manage Client Action Plans for key clients and maintain client references.
- Coordinate with clients and internal billing to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any issues.
- Mentor associates on sales and account management best practices.
- Drive participation and attendance to Fiserv Form and marketing roadshows.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales at the C-Level.
- 5+ years of experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting financial models in Excel and compelling presentation content in PowerPoint.
- Strong professional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.
