As a successful Card Specialist Project Manager at Fiserv, you will become an integral part of our Gift Solutions Advisory team. You will manage high-profile client accounts, ensuring the optimal execution of Closed Loop Prepaid client orders. Your role will encompass end-to-end project management and consultancy tailored to clients across the globe, driving innovation and growth within their gift card programs. This role will be responsible for managing the life cycle of a product from ideation to delivery of the physical product for our merchants' gift card programs. Your dedication to excellence will enhance the lives of consumers through engaging and practical gift-giving experiences.
What you will do:
- Manage premium client accounts overseeing a revenue portfolio of $55M+.
- Provide consulting services to identify and leverage unique growth opportunities within client brands.
- Outline comprehensive and engaging gift card programs that align with client objectives.
- Facilitate the seamless execution of Closed Loop Prepaid client orders.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for any client and supplier-related issues.
- Address and resolve client and supplier issues with prompt and effective solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain project artifacts throughout the life of the projects.
What you will need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent education and/or equivalent military experience.
- 3 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry.
- 3 years of experience in consulting and managing client relationships.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Project, Teams/SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing, client relationship management role.
- 3 years of experience managing and overseeing a portfolio of projects.
- Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 3 years of experience in the gift card industry or a related sector.
- 3 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 3 years of experience in Product Development/Management and/or Product Marketing.
- 3 years of experience with Closed Loop Prepaid cards or similar products.
- Certifications in project management such as PMP.
