As a Production Control Supervisor (Level 3) at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX, you will directly impact the success of production operations that support national security and global stability. What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise represented employees in direct support of material handling activities on the production line.
- Ensure timely delivery of hard tooling, part kits, consumables, and standard hardware in a presentation method that maximizes efficiency and traceability.
- Maintain high standards for housekeeping, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention, and audit-readiness in all operational areas.
- Oversee the staging of all work-in-process (WIP) materials to support scheduled operations and reduce production delays.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies for material constraints and expedite needs across production units.
- Ensure safety, provisioning, and ongoing training of direct reports to maintain compliance and operational readiness.
- This role requires availability on weekends and on-call support 24/7 as needed to ensure continuity of production operations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
