Overview
The Facility Project Manager for Parking Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of ABM Facilities Services staff providing parking services. This leadership role ensures efficient facility management, financial oversight, customer relations, and staff development while upholding ABM’s policies, safety standards, and quality programs.
Compensation: $68,640.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Key Responsibilities not limited to
- Leadership & Supervision:
- Report daily to the client, ABM District Manager and executive leadership.
- Supervise and support parking services staff, ensuring effective staffing and performance.
- Promote positive employee, customer, and property management relationships.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily parking facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, proposals, and project management.
- Develop and implement operational best practices and ensure compliance with ABM policies, safety programs, and quality standards.
- Monitor and audit parking ticket transactions and reconcile transient revenue from pay stations.
- Handle daily deposits and payroll reporting.
- Financial Management & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports.
- Assist with budget preparation, cost management, and vendor/contractor oversight.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Customer & Client Relations:
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with property management teams and senior executives.
- Support ABM in developing new business opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
- Training & Compliance:
- Implement employee training and skill enhancement programs.
- Administer structured employee discipline procedures as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of professional reports, surveys, and correspondence.
- Maintain oversight of administrative, budgetary, and financial processes.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned or requested.
- Work Hours:
- Must be flexible and able to work nights and weekends
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in parking facility management or related fields.
- Prior management and supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork:
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment.
